Credit Consulting Group of Canada consists of full-time lean consultants with industry-diverse experience.  While we do use industry proven approaches and methodologies, we tailor these to fit your organization’s specific needs.  A unique combination of manufacturing experience, business and financial expertise, and a "hands-on" approach creates a recipe for our clients' success. We not only identify and prioritize opportunities to add significantly to your bottom line; we develop and help our clients implement a plan for exploiting those opportunities to achieve financially measurable success.

We've based our entire business on creating value for you.  Every proposal you receive from us will focus on the value we will create for your organization and the return you will receive on your investment.  Our projects are always based on measurable, mutually agreed upon objectives. 
Here is what we will not do:

  • Unlike very large firms that send out inexperienced, recent graduates to try to solve your organization’s problems, our people know the automotive industry  inside out.  All of our people have spent many years right on the manufacturing floor. After working for years in the industry, they have seen it all.    
  • We will not send you a part-time consultant. You took a course, you did the workshop and you even bought the latest best seller; you are not a consultant. We have all spent a lot of time on the manufacturing floor and we have seen what works and what does not work.

Here it is in short. We focus on management. You have to manage your business and you have to have capable managers to do it. We will offer you capable management consulting services that will develop your employees into good managers.  
We will help with  the specific applications and with the appropriate tools for improvement good business practices but your employees have to expand on our offerings. We will offer you specific expertise and create an environment for your employees to grow. Your employees have to want to achieve long-term growth and prosperity for your company or it will not happen. We can assist in the development of many strategies through training and process analysis but what really needs to happen is your employees have to continue to improve on the strategies and exceed your expectations.
